Creative Arcades is a veteran-owned manufacturer of commercial-grade arcade machines, in business for more than a decade. It sells stand-up cabinets, cocktail and tabletop arcades, racing simulators, pinball, claw and boxing machines — priced from $2,000 to $8,000 — to home buyers and to hotels, corporate offices and event producers, and has supplied brand activations for Nike, McDonald’s and Marc Jacobs. Most high-ticket sales close by phone or through the sales team, and those orders make up about 61% of revenue.

Brian summed it up on our first call in September 2025: “So I’m just washing money, I’m not making any money… I need to bring my ad spend down and bring my sales up.”
Three things sat underneath that. Google Ads was locked down — the previous agency had left 29,623 placement exclusions and more than 1,000 city-level restrictions on the account. Organic search had slipped: the term “arcade machine” was sending people to a general catalog page that rarely made a sale. And Amazon had stalled, with ad campaigns built on a structure that no longer worked.
Run all five channels as one plan. Paid search, SEO, Amazon, the website and email all worked toward the same goal: more profitable sales of $4,000 machines.
Remove the restrictions, then optimize. We cleared the inherited exclusions in February 2026 and moved Google Ads to a 320% Target ROAS in March, so the account could actually reach buyers. Because most machines sell by phone, we tracked calls as conversions and gave Google Ads credit for the sales it was really driving — then narrowed targeting to high-intent buyers and rebuilt the site to convert them.
Across five channels: a rebuilt Google Ads account (Performance Max, Search and Demand Gen), call tracking, Microsoft Ads and 16+ videos; a new homepage, a redesigned product page, cart and checkout with mobile speed fixes; SEO technical cleanup, optimized collection pages, link building, structured data and an llms.txt file for AI search; rebuilt Amazon campaigns with Prime discounts and new listings; and a rebuilt Klaviyo account with a five-email welcome series and a five-email post-purchase series.
Total sales grew 46% in one year, from $2.84 million to $4.14 million, and orders grew 26%. Sales from paid search more than doubled, organic search sales grew 80%, and email sales grew 25%. February 2026 was the store’s strongest month in three years, with $516,882 in total sales at an 8.8x blended ROAS. All figures compare September 2025 – August 2026 with the prior 12 months, from Shopify.
A locked-down account became the store’s main growth channel, returning a 7.0x blended ROAS across ten months.
