The goal of this project was to rebuild Beacon's digital presence from the ground up; transforming a technically complex, low-trust experience into a conversion-optimized ecommerce platform built for a high-consideration purchase environment.
The design approach centered on information hierarchy and credibility signaling, structuring PDPs with tabbed content architecture, downloadable technical references, and formula-forward visuals to reduce cognitive load without sacrificing scientific accuracy. Custom calculator logic addressed a key drop-off trigger, while controlled whitespace, typographic authority, and AI-assisted product imagery closed the gap between a research-grade brand and a consumer-ready experience.
