We’re looking for a creative and performance-minded Thumbnail Designer to join our team on a part-time basis.

As we increase the amount of content we produce, especially on YouTube, we want someone dedicated specifically to thumbnails. Your focus will be creating visuals that are eye-catching, on-brand, and designed to drive clicks and engagement.

What You’ll Do

Create high-quality thumbnails for YouTube and other video content.
Turn video topics, key takeaways, and hooks into compelling visual concepts.
Create different thumbnail options when needed and iterate based on feedback.
Use CTR and other performance data to improve future thumbnails.
Collaborate with the content, video, and fulfillment teams to understand the main message of each project.
Stay updated on YouTube trends and thumbnail best practices.
Maintain consistency with our brand while creating thumbnails that stand out.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience designing YouTube thumbnails or digital creatives.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
Performance-driven mindset and interest in CTR and audience behavior.
Ability to work quickly, meet deadlines, and manage multiple requests.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
Good communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
