🚀 We're Hiring: Klaviyo Expert | Email Marketing Strategy

At Lantern Sol, we help e-commerce and DTC brands grow through email marketing. We're looking for a Klaviyo Expert to own email strategy, client relationships, and performance across a portfolio of accounts.

✨ What you'll do:

• Lead email strategy focused on revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Build and optimize campaigns, automated flows, and audience segments in Klaviyo.
• Analyze performance, deliver actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead client calls and manage relationships.
• Guide copywriters, designers, and implementers to deliver high-quality work.

🎯 What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of email marketing or lifecycle experience with proven results.
• Strong, hands-on Klaviyo expertise across campaigns, flows, segmentation, and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of email deliverability and analytics.
• Excellent English communication and client management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple accounts in a remote environment.

Important: This is a strategic, hands-on role—not a virtual assistant position. We're looking for someone who has real experience managing e-commerce brands in Klaviyo.
