Who We’re Looking For

Run ongoing keyword research, including the discovery and expansion of new opportunities across classic SEO search and AI answers.
Have solid knowledge of technical SEO.
Identify the strategies, techniques, and tactics that grow organic traffic and hold high placements on SERPs.
Know how to assess and pick the right backlink opportunities, target anchors, and URLs, with experience building high-quality do-follow and no-follow backlinks from reputable, high-authority websites.
Work confidently across GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager.
Set up and troubleshoot GTM tags, triggers, and conversion events.
Optimise for GEO and AIO: understand how brands get retrieved and cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Overviews, and structure content, schema, and entity data for it.
Use AI tools in your daily work, with some hands-on experience in Claude, Claude Code, and Claude skills preferred.
Handle CMS product and content data entry accurately at volume, especially with Shopify.
Manage projects, deadlines, and communication with professionalism and efficiency.
Write and speak English at an advanced level.
Bring attention to detail, stay dedicated to quality, and keep learning as search changes.
