We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our growing, global team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building solid financial systems, working with numbers, and supporting leadership with clear financial insights.

What you’ll do
-Prepare and analyze monthly P&L and Cash Flow
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date books in QuickBooks
-Reconcile accounts and manage AR/AP
-Create financial reports for leadership and decision-making
-Set up and manage QuickBooks integrations (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, banks)
-Support client billing, revenue tracking, and profitability analysis
-Help structure and improve finance workflows in ClickUp

What we’re looking for
-Experience in bookkeeping or finance
-Strong understanding of cash flow and P&L
-Hands-on experience with QuickBooks reporting
-Experience working with e-commerce businesses, digital agencies, or global teams
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and system-minded
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
