This is a strategic role for someone who loves content, understands SEO, enjoys developing people, and knows how to turn great ideas into content that actually drives results.

What you’ll do:

• Lead content strategy and editorial direction
• Manage and mentor writers and content creators
• Build content calendars, briefs, workflows, and quality standards
• Apply SEO content best practices and analyze performance
• Expand content beyond blogs into social, video, UGC, email, PR, and more
• Improve content operations and processes
• Use AI to make content workflows smarter and more efficient

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in content marketing, editorial strategy, organic growth, or a related field
• Experience leading or mentoring writers
• Strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment
• Strong SEO content knowledge
• Experience across multiple content formats
• Experience connecting content to metrics like traffic, rankings, engagement, leads, conversions, or revenue
• Comfortable using AI while maintaining quality and brand voice

✨ Bonus points: Agency or ecommerce experience, content repurposing, YouTube/short-form video, creators, digital PR, or experience scaling content operations.
