This is a PR role, not a link building role. You won't buy placements, trade guest posts or send link requests. You'll pitch real stories to real journalists and earn coverage in the publications our clients' customers read and AI assistants trust.

Lantern Sol is building a digital PR function inside its SEO team. Our link builders handle links. You'll handle stories, journalists and creators. Links follow good coverage; they're a result of the work, not the job itself.

What you'll do

• Earn editorial links and mentions through journalist outreach
• Run data-led campaigns, reactive PR on breaking news, and expert sourcing (answering journalist requests)
• Build tiered, verified media lists for each client
• Plan and manage creator and influencer campaigns for high-tier accounts
• Deliver our Spark, Amplify and Authority PR packages
• Work with the link building team to turn unlinked brand mentions into links
• Report on referring domains earned, brand mentions, and share of voice in AI answers

Must have

• 3+ years of hands-on digital PR experience, ideally supporting SEO
• A portfolio of coverage and links you personally secured
• Strong pitch writing and storytelling in English
• Ability to turn data into a story journalists want to cover

Nice to have

• Experience with, BuzzStream, Qwoted, Featured or Source of Sources
• Existing relationships with journalists in US national or trade media
• Experience running creator or influencer campaigns
