- Write high-performing posts and threads for LinkedIn and X
- Translate ideas, strategies, and insights into social-first copy
- Adapt different brand voices while keeping content natural and human
- Optimize content based on engagement metrics (CTR, comments, saves, shares)
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to test new formats and angles
- Proven experience writing for LinkedIn and/or X
- Strong understanding of social media psychology (hooks, scroll-stopping copy, CTAs)
- Ability to write concise, clear, and engaging content
- Comfortable iterating based on performance and feedback
- Portfolio or examples of social posts (personal or brand accounts)
